Prenatal yoga classes are a nurturing balance between dynamic movement and rest, designed to be safe and accessible for bodies at all stages of pregnancy*.

No previous yoga experience required.

We will move, breathe, relax, and laugh together.

Prenatal Yoga

(during pregnancy)

  • Develop stability, mobility and ease through mindful movement and core breath

  • Connect to your growing baby and soothe your changing body

  • Learn pose modifications and other helpful tips for common pregnancy discomforts

  • Practice labour positions and breathing techniques in preparation for birth

  • Build your village with other parents-to-be in the area

  • Receive validation, information, and optional hands-on assists

  • Cultivate confidence in your innate strength and ability to move, birth and parent!

Postnatal Yoga

(after baby comes)

  • Reconnect to your body and self care after giving birth

  • Reintroduce movement to stretch and soothe sore, tired muscles from holding and feeding

  • Move through gentle sequencing for core retraining (inspired by Bellies Inc.) to bring tone and stability to your whole core

  • Relieve stress and fatigue with breath work and meditation 

  • Enjoy a comfortable environment with other new mothers & babies

  • Feel free to bring your questions, joys, and struggles

  • Pre crawling babies welcome but not obligatory
